The public outrage that emerged in the aftermath of the event has brought new attention to the rights of farmers and the basic human right to be able to choose what kind of food we wish to consume. It has also highlighted the outrageous abuses of government power that are increasingly wielded against targeted victims who take a stand against unreasonable government regulation.

We covered this raid in great detail at NaturalNews, publishing dozens of articles, interviews and videos on the subject (http://www.naturalnews.com/033258_R...). In fact, we were the first to break the story globally, and we even helped raise funds for the legal defense of those charged with crimes in the Rawesome Foods raid.

The concept for this cartoon was actually created by a NaturalNews employee who I will simply call "J" (to protect their privacy). Special thanks to "J" for coming up with this great dialog! It was a solid concept so I fleshed out the scene and sent the idea to Dan Berger for illustration. His illustrations just keep getting better, don't they?
